An exciting opportunity has arisen to provide therapy administrator support to our North Wales Adult Weight Management Service based in St Asaph.
To provide an accurate and prompt administrative function to facilitate the delivery of an efficient and effective appointment booking service. To provide comprehensive booking support for Therapy services, demonstrating a courteous, professional and sensitive manner at all times.
To provide an accurate and prompt administrative function to facilitate the delivery of an efficient and effective appointment booking service. To provide comprehensive booking support for Therapy services, demonstrating a courteous, professional and sensitive manner at all times.
To be part of a cohesive and integrated admin function of the service. By the nature of the duties, the post-holder will be required to maintain strict confidentiality and will be expected to deal with patients, carers, relatives, medical staff and other service users, using the telephone and in writing, with courtesy and discretion at all times.
The post holder will also be required to be part of the wider team and assist with the general administrative support to the Weight Management service (to include reception duties and booking patient appointments) as required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
