This role combines technical treatment skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, hygiene, and promoting spa services. Key Responsibilities Guest Treatment & Service Perform professional spa treatments (e.g., massages, body scrubs, wraps, facials, and other wellness services) according to spa protocols. Conduct pre-treatment consultations to assess guest needs, preferences, and any contraindications. Escort guests to and from treatment areas and ensure client comfort throughout the service. Provide expert advice on post-treatment care and recommend suitable products or future treatments. Hygiene & Treatment Environment Prepare and maintain treatment rooms before, during, and after each session, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with hotel and local standards. Monitor and maintain treatment room supplies and report inventory needs to supervisors.. Teamwork & Operations Collaborate with the spa and hotel teams to provide a seamless guest experience. Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development. Report any guest concerns, safety issues, or equipment problems to management promptly Desired Skills & Attributes Strong understanding of spa products and treatment modalities. Comfortable with upselling and product recommendation. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a calm and inviting atmosphere. Team player with a passion for wellness and hospitality. Qualifications Qualifications & Requirements Professional certification or diploma in spa therapy, massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related field. Relevant spa therapy license or certification (as required by local/regional regulations). Experience in spa treatments, ideally in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment preferred. Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional grooming, friendly demeanour, and a guest-focused attitude.
