 Intake Therapist - Adult Outpatient Services This position will be located at our Adult Outpatient Services in Dothan, Al  Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm    Responsibilities: * Provide therapeutic services to clients of the system's substance abuse and mental illness units * Employ various clinical and social treatment skills and approaches * Provides clinical intakes, psychotherapy, documentation, coordination with agency services and response to emergency situations * Travel may be required within the five-county catchment area and/or statewide as needed  Requirements: * Masters degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work or related field * Completion of a relevant clinical practicum  * Two years post masters experience preferred * Must be willing to obtain AADA certification within 2 years of hire * Licensure as an LCSW or LPC in the state of Alabama is preferred but not required * good background check and MVR and a pre-employment drug screen * Must meet insurability requirements to drive a system vehicle (21 years of age).
