THERAPIST – AESTHETICS & BEAUTY

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate (increases with experience) + 5% personal sales commission
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £35,000–£40,000

WORKING HOURS – 5 DAYS A WEEK, INCLUDING:

• Wednesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Two other shifts: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sundays: Closed

• Providing exceptional, personalised aesthetic treatments across a wide portfolio—from facials and skin peels to laser, body contouring, and wellness boosters.
• Building rapport with clients from the very first consultation—listening to their goals and designing bespoke treatment plans to help them get there.
• Confidently recommending additional treatments and skincare to maximise client results and boost clinic performance.
• Maintaining the highest standards of treatment quality, hygiene, and professionalism—every single time.
• Keeping treatment rooms prepped, tidy, and fully stocked, and supporting wider clinic operations where needed.
• Working closely with the Clinic Sales Manager to help hit performance and revenue targets.
• Staying on top of client records, consent forms, and aftercare communication to ensure every touchpoint is seamless and supportive.
• Representing the Skin Space UK brand with pride, positivity, and professionalism—your energy sets the tone for the client experience.
• Helping people achieve their dream skin—while supporting a clinic that’s just as ambitious about results as you are.
