POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the supervision and direction of the Clinical Director will provide treatment in an outpatient Mental Health Program. Supervision provided by Licensed Clinicians; Hours can count toward licensure.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Master’s Degree completed from an accredited school in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling
• Valid Associate license by the BBS.
• Valid malpractice insurance
• Must have excellent engagement, interpersonal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Ability to utilize proper judgment and work independently

• Facilitate on-site group therapy following curriculum to a diverse population of adolescents and adults
• Conduct Intake mental health assessments and implement treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one individual and family sessions within the program
• Maintain and update clinical records; write progress notes
• Report based on Mandated Reporting Laws any child or dependent adult abuse
• Provide case management and/or crisis intervention
• Engage in prescribed clinical supervision and staff training and meeting as required
• May be assigned additional duties by their supervisor as needed
