This role requires a compassionate and empathetic approach to help clients navigate crises, manage stress, and overcome barriers to mental health. Ultimately, your work will contribute to fostering healthier communities by empowering clients to achieve emotional balance and personal growth. Minimum Qualifications: * Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field. * Valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent. * Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services to diverse populations. * Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention techniques. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality.
