Red Oak Recovery Center is a clinician-run treatment program with three campuses established to serve the needs of our clients. Our treatment facilities are located in Leicester, Fletcher, and Ellenboro, NC. Each campus offers a unique blend of clinical rehabilitation, 12 step addiction recovery, proven addiction therapy services, family counseling, and experiential and adventure therapy. We are seeking Therapists to add to our growing agency who can provide direct clinical support to our clients and their families. For more information about our services, please visit our websites. * Red Oak Recovery: Men's Addiction Treatment [https://www.redoakrecovery.com/] * The Willows at Red Oak: Women's Addiction Treatment [https://thewillowsatredoak.com/] Responsibilities * Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and their families * Accurately assess clients and develop individualized treatment goals, using client input, and client strengths, abilities, needs and preferences * Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions to assist clients in overcoming challenges * Produce assessments, treatment plans, and other records in a timely manner * Work in collaboration with other professionals as part of a treatment team * Complete and upload all documentation to EMR within one week of service or as indicated by supervisor * Complete pre-admission assessments, clinical assessments, treatment plans, weekly progress notes, group notes, discharge summaries and transition plans * Develop and maintain relationships with referring professionals * Initiate appropriate referrals to aftercare programs * Utilization review and ASAM for insurance companies Minimum Qualifications * Master’s degree in human service field * Licensed as LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT or license eligible * Experience in facilitating group therapy * Experience with experiential therapy Preferred Qualifications * LCMHC, LCSW, or LMFT and LCAS or pursuing LCAS * Dually licensed in both addiction and mental health treatment (or willing to seek both) * Experience working with adults in an eco-therapeutic setting Employee Benefits * Medical Insurance with Telemedicine options available to full-time employees after 30 days * Vision & Dental insurance available to full-time employees after 30 days * Voluntary Accident Coverage, Critical Illness Coverage and Hospital Indemnity Insurance options * Employee provided Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance options * Retirement 401k * PTO & Wellness * Employee Assistance Program provided to promote employee wellness and a variety of services * Company paid professional development and training * Employee discounts through local retailers Red Oak Recovery does not discriminate in employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factor.
