About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Psychologist, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist to join the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services team, within the Eating Disorders Program. Within this position, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and delivering evidence-based interventions to children, adolescents and adults experiencing eating disorders. This will be both individual and family-based therapeutic work. You will be working within a multidisciplinary team, and will provide clinical support and supervision to Health Professional Level 1 and 2 staff, Allied Health Assistants and students. The role will also require active participation in professional development, quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the teams processes. This position will be required to provide occasional support to the Eating Disorders Clinical Hub as needed and must be available to work across all program areas within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services to ensure service demands are met. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced mental health clinician, with specialised experience in Eating Disorders. You will have the ability to work within and support a multi-disciplinary team environment, and be adaptable and comfortable with a changing environment. You will be able to respond to and prioritise competing demands in a calm and efficient manner and ensure high work standards are maintained across the team.
