Job Details Job Location: 10th Street 0AV58 - Bowling Green, KY 42101 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $45,000.00 Salary Travel Percentage: Eligible Job Shift: 1st shift Job Category: Therapist Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8a – 5p Responsible for providing quality services to a caseload of clients ages 15-30 (age 12+ for Clinical High-Risk grant) that have been identified as experiencing their first episode of psychosis or identified as at risk for developing psychosis. Primary services include individual, family, and group therapy, as well as screenings, assessments, and psychosocials. Will also provide outpatient services for adult dual diagnosis population in same clinic and at Wellness connection, as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide direct service/therapy via group, individual, family, and psycho-education to individuals and families experiencing mental health symptoms and addiction. Complete intake/screening/assessment process. Develop treatment plans for clients, and complete all required documentation, including OTRs and other paperwork associated with service authorization. Handle crisis situations as they arise. Complete all required documentation by LifeSkills standards and timelines. Document all services provided in accordance with agency standards. Maintain agency expectation for productivity. Participate in clinical staffing/treatment team meetings providing feedback on all pertinent cases. Maintain positive, professional relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers, adhering to Code of Ethics and agency policies. Have knowledge of and follow the Lifeskills’ Core Values. Maintain an expert knowledge base regarding current practices and research Utilize referral sources and receive referrals as appropriate. Be a team member on agency and local committees as needed/assigned. Perform other related work as required and assigned. Qualifications Education: Masters’ degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family, or psychology and state licensure or certification under a professional board.
