This role requires strong listening and communication skills, effective interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health. The therapist should be comfortable working collaboratively with a supportive team to provide quality care. Essential Functions The Therapist II (CMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC) is a fully licensed clinician that conducts mental health assessments, develops individualized care plans, and delivers evidence-based psychotherapy interventions. The Therapist collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to prioritize client care and achieve treatment objectives. The Therapist ensures compliance with ethical standards, participates in professional development, and maintains timely documentation. Requirements Master's degree or higher in Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College Active DOPL license in Utah Must live in Utah
