Description IC Therapist - Highland Springs Specialty Clinic | Holladay Schedule: Set your schedule | 8 - 40 available work hours! Job Summary & Deliverables The ideal therapist is a motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude and a compassionate and empathetic individual with a genuine passion for helping people. Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing situations. Creates individualized care plans with detailed goals and objectives Provides individual and group evidence-based psychotherapy interventions Utilizes evidence-based interventions and tools to assist with treatment. Assists with program support needs as necessary Requirements Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited University/College Current or pending certification as either: LCSW, LMFT, CMHC 2+ years experience in social services 2+ years of experience providing customer service
Responsibilities
The therapist will create individualized care plans and provide evidence-based psychotherapy interventions. They will also assist with program support needs as necessary.
