Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Therapist Intern (Graduate Level) REPORTS TO: Clinical Director PAY: $12.00 This position is located at Telos Mental Health, which is an IOP program that uses powerful clinical interventions, relationship-based treatment, and evidence-based protocols to assist our clients in making lasting change in their lives. IOP services occur during weekday afternoon/evening hours. Duties and Responsibilities Runs groups, provides individual sessions, occasionally helps with family therapy. Completes basic case management (e.g., insurance reviews, aftercare planning, etc.), program development, staff training, and being part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Chart and monitor progress Participates in clinical meetings weekly Completes special assignments as directed by his/her supervisor Requirements Requirements In graduate school and eligible for internship Professional documentation and charting skills Experience in treating youth and young adults Comfortable with team approach Willingness to learn Telos systems and approach Working knowledge of Family Systems Theory (preferred but not required) Special training in working with emotional dysregulation (preferred but not required)
