Therapist Are you looking for a meaningful career providing HOPE and HEALING through therapy for children and families in crisis. 4KIDS is seeking a full-time Therapist who is passionate about integrating their clinical skills with their Christian faith to support children in crisis. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Conduct individual and family therapy sessions * Develop and implement treatment plans * Collaborate with social workers and other mental health professionals * Provide crisis intervention services as needed * Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records * Trains and supports parents in the EPIC/TBRI approach * Assesses the needs of and develops a behavioral plan for 4KIDS clients and their parents/guardians * Counsels and consults with parents on status of child's progress * Participate in team meetings and case conferences REQUIREMENTS: * Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field * Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Florida * Experience working with individuals and families in foster care * Experience working with children and families affected by trauma * Knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices * Availability to work evenings as needed to provide therapy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why work at 4KIDS? * Certified Best Christian Workplace for 8 years in a row * Excellent benefit package (medical/dental/life/disability insurance and retirement plan with match provided) * Excellent vacation and holiday benefits * Great staff culture * Amazing workplace environment * Fulfilling career providing Hope, Homes & Healing to children in crisis
