Located in Raymond, IL (30 minutes from Springfield), Lincoln Recovery is a mission-driven, privately owned treatment center offering mental health and dual-diagnosis care. We’re seeking a Licensed Therapist who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate at least 20 hours per week of therapeutic group programming alongside individual sessions and clinical treatment planning. What You’ll Do * Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation. * Provide individual therapy, assessments, and treatment planning. * Support crisis intervention and stabilization. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide client progress. * Complete documentation accurately and on time. What You'll Bring * Active IL license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT * Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders. * Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment. * CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
