Job Details Job Location: PRIDE - GOLDSBORO - GOLDSBORO, NC 27534 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Salary Range: $54,000.00 - $62,000.00 Salary The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for conducting screening, evaluation, assessment, and treatment to children and adults in need of services. Persons in this position will conduct diagnostic assessments and provide individual and family. They must work closely with other clinical staff and community agencies. A working knowledge of practical application of supportive therapeutic approaches and family dynamics is required. They may be required to attend and participate in meetings on behalf of the company and client. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess strengths, weaknesses, and presenting problems through completion of assessment tools and intake screening interview Uses assessment information to formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan Provide individual and family therapy Communicate with supervisor, physician and other treatment staff regarding observations and treatment interventions Complete necessary documentation in accordance with service records requirements, Medicaid guidelines, and other insurance requirements.
