Pathway Family Services is looking for a Therapist to join our team! What You’ll Need A master’s degree in a human services-related field. State-required clinical licensure. At least two years of experience working with youth and families facing developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges. A passion for learning—we’ll teach you the rest! A Day in the Life As a Therapist, you’ll work directly with children, youth, and their families in our residential treatment program. You’ll: Teach important skills and techniques to help families maintain stability and permanency in their homes. Partner with a team member to meet case plan goals and locate community resources for families. Play a key role in helping children grow, heal, and build stronger, healthier relationships.
