PCIT is an evidenced based model that uses play therapy to emphasize praise and positive interactions, as well as quality time between caregivers and children. As a Therapist within Grow Nurturing Families, every day is different! Therapists work in a dyad with a Support Worker who is responsible for case management services for the families, so you can focus on clinical interventions every day. Therapists are provided families to work with, engage, and schedule your own weekly therapy appointments with each family. Therapists also participate in case staffing, clinical supervisions, completing documentation, and accessibility to many CEU’s.
