You will: * Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches * Lead comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning * Collaborate with hospitals, schools, mental health providers, and community partners to ensure coordinated care * Serve as an active member of a multidisciplinary treatment team * Provide crisis intervention using approved tools and techniques * Facilitate treatment reviews with guardians, care teams, and external stakeholders * Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards * Remain available for consultation, including participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation * Contribute to safe, structured, and nurturing environments for youth * Uphold all regulatory, licensing, and organizational standards ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU BRING You are not just clinically skilled—you are resilient, compassionate, and driven to make a difference. Minimum Requirements: * Age 21 or older * Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution * Active professional licensure in your practicing state (LMSW, LSW, LSCSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT, or equivalent) * Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance Experience & Skills: * At least one year of supervised experience providing therapy to children and/or adolescents * Background in individual, family, and group counseling * Training or coursework in child and adolescent development * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook * Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with detailed documentation ---------------------------------------- WHAT SETS YOU APART * You lead with empathy and treat every individual with dignity and respect * You are solutions-focused and build on the strengths of children and families * You thrive in collaborative environments and value diverse perspectives * You bring urgency, creativity, and adaptability to complex situations * You are committed to continuous learning and professional growth ---------------------------------------- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This role involves active engagement in a dynamic environment.
