The therapist will provide daily individual and group counseling along with best-in-class treatment planning and care coordination under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services. Therapists are Master's prepared clinicians with a focus on trauma informed care, compassion, and patient safety. Coordinate and facilitate the development of a discharge plan of care for the patient population which includes accountability for the complex discharge process. Ensure the experience of care for the patient and family is exceptional. Qualifications Education: Master's in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field is required Candidates with Master’s Degree in Counseling: Associate license OR full counseling license preferred. Candidates with Master’s Degree in Social Work: associate or temporary license in the state of employment required, full license preferred. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or acute psychiatric setting preferred. Previous experience in an acute in-patient behavioral health hospital a plus Experience developing and administering treatment plans Individual and group counseling techniques Exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities
The therapist is accountable for overall treatment planning efforts and coordinating discharge plans for patients. They ensure exceptional care experiences for patients and families.
