About the Role: The Therapist with the Therapies Team is responsible for conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and delivering high-intensity psychological interventions to adults experiencing moderate to severe mental health conditions, including those with histories of interpersonal and complex trauma. In this role, you will apply evidence-based principles, techniques and clinical frameworks to support individuals with complex and enduring mental health needs. The role also includes: • Developing case formulations and tailored treatment plans. • Delivering psychoeducation and structured psychological therapies (using at least two evidence-based modalities) for complex mental health conditions and trauma. • Providing crisis management and developing safety plans grounded in psychological principles. This is a multi-classified role with the potential for appointment as either a Health Professional Officer (Social Worker) or Psychologist, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that there is only one position available. A merit pool may be created from this recruitment process and remain valid for 12 months.
