Description Full-Time | Nashua, NH Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Therapist to support individuals participating in the Hillsborough County South Adult Recovery Court. This role provides evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders, with a focus on reducing recidivism and supporting long-term recovery. The Therapist works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and court system partners to deliver high-quality, integrated care. Key Responsibilities Conduct screenings to determine eligibility for Recovery Court programming. Complete comprehensive assessments using ASAM criteria and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches. Respond to client crises and provide support during emergencies as needed. Collaborate with case managers, probation/parole officers, recovery coaches, and court staff to develop integrated care plans. Communicate client progress and clinical updates to the multidisciplinary team and court system. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR). Utilize required databases and systems to document services and outcomes in accordance with contractual requirements. Meet productivity and service delivery expectations. Adhere to all agency policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned. Qualifications Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field required. Experience in substance use disorder and co-occurring treatment preferred. License eligible in New Hampshire required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices. Ability to work effectively with justice-involved populations. Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment. Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications.
