Job Description Lead, supervise, and motivate the spa therapist team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Ensure all treatments are performed according to brand standards and established protocols. Monitor therapist performance, productivity, and service quality. Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members. Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related concerns professionally. Assist in scheduling therapists based on business levels and treatment bookings. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained at all times. Support inventory control and proper usage of spa products. Promote spa services and retail products to maximize revenue. Assist Spa Manager with daily reports and operational tasks when required. Qualifications Certified Spa Therapist with recognized qualifications. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a spa environment, with leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of massage techniques, facials, and body treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management abilities.
