Description ****Average salary rate is $57,803.20 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)**** ****This position will include a $3,000.00 Sign-On Bonus**** POSITION PURPOSE Provide clinical services to families using the Parent Management Training Oregon (PMTO) model and other evidence-based modalities. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide 21 billable hours per week · Develop treatment, transition, and discharge plans with families and caseworkers.· Address barriers to engagement and provide therapeutic interventions.. Participate in team meetings and document assessments and services accurately.· Achieve and maintain PMTO certification, including video-taping sessions and integrating coaching feedback.· Provide timely data reports and completion of session notes. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.· Licensure: Kansas BSRB license required. TFI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
