Attends all Camelot training, completes all new employee orientation topics within the first quarter of employment and demonstrates competency in all initial and ongoing training topics. 2. For programs utilizing a specific treatment model, achieves certification according to program timelines and adheres to all requirements of the treatment model. (additional information about specific treatment model requirements may be attached) 3. Demonstrates competency in therapeutic skills and evidence-based or best practice approaches through on-going professional growth and development activities and case review. 4. Utilizes outcome measures and other reports (when applicable) in each client’s treatment by reviewing initial and quarterly measures and reports and bases treatment plans and interventions on issues identified through continual assessment. 5. Maintains electronic and paper clinical files according to company policy and applicable regulations. 6. Completes clinical documentation within established time frames. 7. Attends and actively participates in weekly supervision including follow-up with supervision recommendations. 8. Works with team to create and update all client and family centered Treatment Plans, assuring that all plans meet Camelot policies, state and federal law/rules, funding requirements and COA standards in a timely manner. 9. Provides individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions as outlined in the Treatment Plan. 10. Participates in permanency planning activities, including discharge planning as assigned by the treatment team within established time frame. 11. Participates in staffings for children assigned on case load. 12. Participates in court-related issues for the case load in coordination with their supervisor. 13. Links the child and family with specific services and resources as identified in the service/treatment plan. 14. Serves as liaison with other professionals and agencies. 15. On-call as directed by Clinical Director and program requirements. 16. Discusses with supervisor any over or under utilization of services in regards to outcome monitoring. 17.
