JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapists to join a children home. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals facing various mental health challenges. This role involves assessing children’s needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in a supportive environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A relevant degree in the field relevant to your practice.
  • Professional accreditation or licensure as a Therapist is required.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective documentation and client interaction.
  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism are crucial.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities is a strong advantage.
