Qualifications Spa Therapist (Full-Time) Sun Mountain Lodge | Winthrop, WA Sun Mountain Lodge is seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our wellness team. This full-time position is ideal for a professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences and promoting overall wellness in a luxury resort setting. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay structure including gratuity and commission Full-time benefits package (details provided during interview) Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to work in a premier destination resort Key Responsibilities Perform professional massage therapy sessions, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and other specialized techniques based on certification and training Assess clients’ needs and preferences prior to each session and customize treatments accordingly Maintain accurate, confidential client records, including treatment notes and relevant medical history Educate clients on post-massage care, stretching techniques, and overall wellness recommendations Ensure strict adherence to all state and local licensing requirements, as well as company policies and procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment before and after each session Collaborate with other spa and wellness professionals to support a holistic approach to guest care Promote additional spa services, retail products, or memberships when appropriate Qualifications Current Washington State Massage Therapy License (required) Previous spa or massage therapy experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting an application through Sun Mountain Lodge or contacting the Human Resources department for more information.
