We are seeking a highly organised, empathetic, and proactive Therapy Administrator to join our growing team in central Nottingham. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our therapy services, working closely with our existing team, to ensure exceptional support for our therapists and clients.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • A counselling background is preferred, providing you with a foundational understanding of therapeutic practice and client needs. Foundation counselling skills would be sufficient. The role would suit someone in ongoing training to become a counsellor or therapist.
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: £29,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: 21 – 35 per week

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

The position is listed as either a full time role of 35 hours (5 days a week), which would be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. We would also consider a part time role of 21 hours (3 days a week), which may suit someone working in private practice as a counsellor who wishes to have a hybrid role between private practice and a consistent income. Salary for 3 days per week would be £17,400-£18,000. This is an in-office role, based at The Triangle, Nottingham.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Working in collaboration with our team, your responsibilities will include:
Database Management: Efficiently manage and maintain the Carecoins client database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
