JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated Therapy Aide to join our TCM Spa team. The Therapy Aide will support therapists and practitioners in delivering high-quality wellness and rehabilitation treatments, ensuring clients receive professional care in a safe and comfortable environment.

✅ JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum O-Level / NITEC / Diploma in healthcare, wellness, or related field.
• Prior experience in spa, wellness, or healthcare environment preferred.
• Knowledge of TCM therapy techniques will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, caring, and able to work as part of a team.Willingness to work weekends/public holidays if rostered.

• Assist senior therapists in providing therapy sessions, spa and wellness treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and materials before and after sessions.
• Guide and support clients during therapy under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at the workplace.
• Monitor client progress and provide feedback to therapists.
• Assist with administrative duties such as appointment scheduling and client records.
