Description
Clinical & Technical Support: provide expert clinical case support to ensure safe and effective use of neuromodulation therapies Educate & Training: Deliver training programs for HCPs on neuromodulation therapies including device programming, patient management and procedural techniques. Supporting internal sales team with product knowledge, clinical updates and hands-on education. Therapy development & Market Growth: partner with commercial team to identify and develop new therapy opportunities within UK market. Support product adoption by promoting therapy awareness and demonstrating clinical and patient benefits. Contribute to therapy penetration strategies that align with business goals Patient Care Support: ensure that patients receive optimal outcomes through therapy follow-up, education and coordination with HCPs Stakeholder engagement: build and maintain strong relationships with KOL, clinical champions and hospital stakeholders. Provide feedback from field to marketing, R&D and therapy leadership teams to inform product improvements and clinical strategies. Keep abreast of industry standards and trends as related to responsibility and ensure compliance to governing agency guidelines.
