Mission Driven Culture: “To better the orthopedic health and overall well-being of the communities in which we live and whom we serve.” THERAPY FRONT DESK POSITION OVERVIEW: A Front desk Representative is responsible for ensuring the clinic meets the required standards to be successful. This includes HIPAA rules, OSHA rules, Compliance rules and regulations against fraud and abuse. Verifying surgical benefits, calculating estimated pre-collections, communicating patients of their financial responsibility, and verifying authorization and referral placement for multiple procedures Assignments are made in terms of broad goals and objectives and the incumbent must apply considerable decision making and independent judgement in daily activities.
