Get to Know Your Team: Lovelace Regional Hospital includes 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical and birthing services for Roswell and the surrounding community. Responsibilities Manages and administers strategic, operational, fiscal, and personnel activities for the LHS Therapy Services Department. Prepares and manages budgets, staff, and productivity. Ensures quality services are provided through daily operations. Maintains all regulatory requirements for the development and implementation of policy, procedures, and security protocols for pharmacy drugs and supplies. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. Qualifications Job Requirements: Current NM license in Physical or Occupational therapy or Speech/Language Pathology. Bachelor’s degree in physical or occupational therapy, or Masters in speech therapy. Four (4) years rehabilitation experience. Preferred Job Requirements: Master's degree in a related field. Experience in a supervisory capacity. Management of more than one therapy discipline.
Responsibilities
Manages the strategic, operational, and fiscal activities of the Therapy Services Department, including budget and staff productivity. Ensures the delivery of quality patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
