REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical sales with a proven track record of success
  • Good understanding of the patient pathway and strong knowledge of the Healthcare Sector
  • An advanced Degree and Computer Skills.
  • Problem solving and assertive communication. Excellent presentation skills
  • Good level of English

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Patient Monitoring’s related products with a focus on McGrath Videolaryngoscopy, Capnography, BIS, INVOS, NOL and HEATHCAST technologies in close collaboration with the PM Account Managers in Lombardia Region.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with relevant (clinical) stakeholders, KOL and local Ad Boards and societies in close collaboration with Account Managers
  • Pursue leads, assessing needs and providing product services and training to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s products and/or services
  • Conduct market research including customers and competitors activities
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations and Marketing
