Our compassionate and knowledgeable team provides excellent care in Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies.   About the Position The Therapy Technician is a part-time, entry-level position responsible for completing job tasks that facilitate the efficient and effective daily operation of the therapy disciplines. Other responsibilities include: * Prepares patient treatment activities prior to sessions and cleans/organizes treatment area after sessions. * Assists with patient treatment, such as transfers and group activities. Reinforces therapist's directions, etc. Assistance with patient treatment always occurs under the direct supervision of a therapist. * Safely transports patients to and from treatment area. * Acts as the second on-site person for all therapy sessions taking place in the therapy gyms and therapy treatment areas * Organizes and maintains order in treatment and storage areas. * Identifies low inventory and supply needs and completes restocking. * Notifies Supervisor of malfunctioning equipment or equipment in need of repair. * Completes filing and copying, answering phones and assists with scheduling.  Qualifications * High School diploma or GED preferred, basic computer skills. * Current and valid certification in CPR and First Aide required (we can provide training) * Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. * Clearances Required: Act 73 FBI, Act 34 Criminal Clearance, and Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Benefits We're proud to offer generous benefits to our team members.
