TECHNICAL PRODUCT SUPPORT

• Support setup and demonstration of Thermal Compression (TC) products for customers and internal teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies and sample bonding experiments; generate detailed technical reports.
• Provide 2nd level technical support to field service teams and customers.
• Define and execute Design of Experiments (DOEs) and collect/analyze process data.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Line teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and enhance problem-solving capabilities.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong understanding of wafer fab front-end and back-end processes and metrology.
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Experience with MATLAB, JMP, or other statistical data analysis tools is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with process development, bonding tools, and experimental analysis.
