JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking an experienced Lagger Supervisor for an industrial project in Holland. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of laggers, ensuring all insulation work is carried out to high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Lagger Supervisor on industrial or commercial sites
• Strong knowledge of insulation materials and techniques (hot, cold, acoustic, etc.)
• Ability to read technical drawings and insulation specifications
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends if required

• Supervise and coordinate lagging teams on-site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage daily work schedules and progress reporting
• Liaise with site management and other trades
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed work
• Maintain materials and tools inventory relevant to insulation works
