Responsibilities: Serve as technical reference engineer for a production line, providing expertise in plasma spray and thermal spray processes. Lead process improvements, optimize production methods, and implement best practices. Collaborate on industrial-scale projects, ensuring high-quality outputs and safety compliance. Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance to operations teams. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s in related field 5+ years industrial experience in plasma spray / thermal spray (HVOF a plus) — academic or lab-only experience won’t work, only industrial experience.
