Description:
Our CASL Surface Technologies division is a corrosion and wear solutions provider with over 25 years of experience, and we are looking to add to our growing team at our Nisku Facility.

Other requirements are:

• Applicants with technical training or post-secondary courses preferred.
• Thermal Spray experience is considered an asset but willing to train.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Available to work occasional overtime and day or night shift as required

• Reading and understanding work orders and ensuring all coating meets the customer’s specifications and quality guidelines.
• Set up and operation of a variety of HVOF, Plasma and TWA thermal spray equipment.
• Setting up and inspecting equipment and materials for work while ensuring requirements are met.
• Maintaining equipment, tools, etc.
• Performing detailed, small system repairs.
• Troubleshooting applications which includes setting up and running systems to establish parameters and validate equipment accuracy.
• Cleaning and preparing surfaces for coating application.
• Full participation in all clean-up and maintenance functions of the work area and thermal spray systems.
• 100% participation in company safety programs, procedures, and use of workplace PPE.
• Performing other duties as required, including general clean-up and completion of paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
