They’re now seeking an experienced and motivated Third in Charge to join the senior team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who’s ready to lead, inspire others, and play a key role in shaping a positive, child-centred setting.

Working alongside the Nursery Manager and Deputy, the Third in Charge will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the nursery. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and contribute to a high-quality early years experience for every child.

• Supporting the management team in daily operations and staff supervision
• Leading a room and inspiring your team to deliver child-led, high-quality learning
• Promoting a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children and staff
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Upholding safeguarding practices and EYFS standards across the setting
• Stepping up in the absence of the Deputy or Nursery Manager as needed
