MAJOR FUNCTION: Assures the correct processing of billings, disbursements and reconciliations. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Perform Preliminary & Final billing to HRA for 819 Residential programs 2. Post payments from HRA and allocate by program report unit 3. Keep track HRA Overpayment & Underpayment on the monthly basis 4. Reconcile Census data against STARS 5. Providing Room and Board Breakdowns for OASAS HRA Residential Facilities 6. Prepare billing and review collection of Working/Self Pay Client Fees 7. All other projects related to the department as needed REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES. Associate Degree or current student. 2 years of billing experience. PC literate with proficiency in MS Excel and Adobe Acrobat PDF.
