Role Overview: Orbit International Survey Services LLC (Orbit ISS) is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Third Party Inspector (TPI) with strong experience in piping fabrication, welding inspection, and quality assurance within oil & gas, marine, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate shall be responsible for conducting independent inspection activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved procedures, and international standards such as ASME, API, AWS, and ISO. Key Responsibilities: Perform material receiving inspections, fit-up inspections, welding inspections, and final inspections for piping and fabrication activities. Review fabrication drawings, isometric drawings, P&IDs, ITPs, WPS, and quality documentation. Witness NDT activities, hydrotests, and other inspection/testing activities as per project requirements. Coordinate with clients, third-party agencies, and project teams for inspection scheduling and approvals. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety requirements, and client specifications. Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, and quality records. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5+ years of QA/QC inspection experience in oil & gas, fabrication, or EPC projects. Knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, ISO standards, and NDT methods. CSWIP/AWS or equivalent inspection certification is an advantage. Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills. Willingness to travel and work on international assignments. Preferably local candidates from the following locations: Singapore France Poland Czech Republic Brazil Indonesia
