Then welcome at AND-E How you'll make an impact How you'll make an impact Support end-to-end governance of third-party relationships — onboarding, oversight, contract governance, performance monitoring, and exit planning — ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Manage third-party risk management activities by coordinating due diligence, risk assessments, and evaluation of operational, financial, security, compliance, and resilience risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation throughout the supplier lifecycle Design and embed review and control processes, translating complex risk findings into clear management and board-level reports Maintain the register of information for ICT third-party contractual arrangements, monitor material changes to providers, and ensure data in the central Third Party Management Tools is accurate and up to date Support operational resilience and business continuity through exit strategies, contingency planning, and resilience testing for critical ICT and material outsourcing providers Collaborate with IT Procurement, Information Security, Operational Risk, Legal, Compliance, BCM, and business stakeholders to strengthen third-party governance and drive continuous improvement of the framework What it takes to succeed in this role What it takes to succeed in this role Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Risk Management, Information Security, Finance, or a related discipline Several years of experience in Third Party Management, Risk Management, Contracts Management or Procurement Governance Sound and practical understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, with particular emphasis on DORA and Solvency II Hands-on experience in managing contracts, service level agreements, and performance indicators Ability to approach complex topics in a structured and analytical manner, paired with strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent command of English is essential; a strong proficiency in German is highly beneficial for effective collaboration, further language skills are a plus Why join us?
