Description
Identify issues and recommend best practices for safety and security measures. Lead functional projects and programs to enhance safety and security. Analyze business trends to inform safety and security strategies. Collaborate with peers to suggest efficiencies and improvements. Ensure that safety and security protocols are followed within the team. Lead the creation, negotiation, processing, and tracking of Vendor Contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs) and Purchase Orders (POs) to meet organizational needs and to ensure accuracy, adherence to budget allocations, and compliance with master service agreements and business standards. Oversee SOWs and POs, ensuring the achievement of key milestones and adherence to invoicing compliance in collaboration with GSS team Support high-value vendor projects, including multiyear contract renewals and global RFPs. Review and process vendor invoices accurately, ensuring compliance with terms and resolving any discrepancies to maintain positive vendor relationships. Oversee GSS vendor relationships with GSS team and manage day-to-day vendor management operations Benchmark cost, performance, and efficiency across vendors with procurement team to drive continuous improvement initiatives at scale. Facilitate third-party risk assessments (TPM) to maintain compliance and ensure adherence to risk reassessment service level agreements Handle, support and resolve any vendor time-sensitive critical issues, audits, disputes and conflicts with diplomacy and precision Support budget and spend analysis to aid decision-making for functional teams. Lead, define and prioritize safety and security project business requirements with appropriate project stakeholders Document detailed project feature specifications and ensure they are clearly understood by relevant teams Analyze business processes, data, and trends to understand current state; and identify issues and areas for enhancement Develop and recommend solutions, which can include enterprise safety and security technology, services, or changes to business processes Lead and collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to develop and deliver solutions as projects Support the implementation of new systems and processes through testing, change management, and monitoring results Communicate and provide appropriate updates/reviews with team, partners, stakeholders and management 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in business administration, vendor management or a relevant field is highly preferred. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, gathering requirements, managing projects, and working on large projects with multiple dependencies Strong attention to detail and ability to visualize operational challenges to find creative solutions. Proven ability to develop and manage positive relationships with both internal and external partners Proven track record delivering great user experiences and process improvements Capable of producing all types of documents including contracts, detailed requirements documents, project plans, Power Point presentations, etc. for all audiences including senior leadership Willingness to work outside normal business hours as needed. Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in enterprise systems such as Ariba, Certa, ServiceNow and Fieldglass. Ability to negotiate and advocate business priorities with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Creativity in implementing processes, tools, and systems to drive efficiency and improvements.
