YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT BY:

  • Support daily third-party operations, including contract and performance tracking
  • Maintain vendor records, reporting, and compliance documentation
  • Assist contract owners across the bank with administrative tasks related to vendor governance.
  • Ensure processes align with APRA CPS 230 and Great Southern Bank’s policies.
Responsibilities

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in administration, procurement, vendor management, or compliance
  • Familiarity with contract management, risk, or regulatory requirements (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and experience with reporting and data management
  • Business Degree or equivalent qualification
  • Training in contract management, supplier governance, or financial services compliance
