Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE:

  • Lead in maturing the approach to third party resilience and testing. Ensuring third party exit and contingency plans continually develop and undertake tests to prove effectiveness and identify vulnerabilities.
  • Support testing of continuity and resilience plans to ensure the business can respond effectively to disruptions.
  • Support the wider resilience programme of business analysis, planning and governance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert providing effective guidance and advice on operational resilience regulations.
  • Engage with internal customers to enhance delivery and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage business continuity and operational resilience tools to maximise benefits including streamlining processes.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge and skill relevant to frameworks through personal development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, motivation, and collaboration within the team
