As a Third-Party Risk Analyst you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential bribery and corruption risks that could impact the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of legal principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
This job is based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.
We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.
This is a limited position for 18 months.

  • Advanced degrees or certifications in compliance or risk management.
  • Experience of working in a multinational environment.
Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of third-party intermediaries to identify potential bribery and corruption risks.
  • Organize, prioritize and compile due diligence reviews on third party under agreed- upon time limits.
  • Ensure that information and documentation provided by customers, from external data sources and from internal reviews (e.g. websites and company registries) meet the Company’s requirements for verification.
  • Evaluate the inherent risks associated with third-party relationships, considering factors such as geographic location, industry, public sector interaction and other third-party business specific red flags.
  • Prepare and present risk assessment reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of different business models, customer types, country risks and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams and third parties on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of anti-bribery and anti-corruption policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with legal, sales, and procurement teams to ensure a coordinated approach to third-party risk management.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business operations, risk assessment, compliance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth understanding of anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulations, such as the FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish/Portuguese.
