Location: 100% On-Site in New York, NY or Richmond, VA Position Type: Hourly, Full Time Experience Level: Entry Level Compensation: $15 - $20 per hour About the Role: We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our Vendor Management team. In this entry-level role, you’ll assist with managing vendor relationships and coordinating cybersecurity questionnaires to ensure our third-party partners comply with security and compliance standards. This is a great first role in cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities: Support the vendor onboarding process, including documentation and administrative tasks. Distribute, track, and manage security questionnaires to vendors. Follow up with vendors to ensure timely responses and completion of questionnaires. Perform initial review and basic analysis of vendor responses. Maintain accurate records in the vendor management system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely approvals and escalations. Requirements: Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Comfortable working with standard office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office). Interest in cybersecurity, compliance, or risk management is a plus.
