Description

Responsibilities:

As a Specialist in Outsourcing Management & Third-Party Risk Management, you will undertake a broad range of tasks with significant potential for personal and professional development:


- Contributing to the implementation and further development of the methodology of central outsourcing management and third-party risk management, including the associated applications, systems, reporting standards, and escalation processes

- Administering and monitoring the implementation of team-internal measures and line tasks, as well as regularly reviewing and adapting the processes and documentation of Strategic Provider Management.

- Supporting the team in identifying and implementing relevant and new regulatory requirements, particularly those based on DORA and MaRisk, and proactively developing personal expertise in this area.

- Contributing to the assessment and evaluation of compliance with service provider management standards, including conducting relevant second-line controls and spot checks.

- Supporting the responsible contacts within the team during annual audits by associations (e.g., IDW PS 951 audits), clients, supervisory authorities, and internal audit.

- Providing organizational support to the manager and subject matter experts within the team.


Profile:


- Training as a certified specialist, business administrator, or comparable degree, as well as practical experience (at least 2-3 years) in the advertised subject area

- Knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements of the banking environment, in particular DORA as well as Sections 25a and b of the German Banking Act (KWG), Minimum Requirements for Risk Management (MaRisk), and EBA/ESMA regulations

- Ability and motivation to integrate regulatory requirements into operational processes

- Team spirit, strong communication and coordination skills combined with a solution-oriented and independent work style

- Excellent organizational skills and willingness to familiarize oneself with unfamiliar regulatory and procedural topics

- High resilience and flexibility
