• Previous bar experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Cocktail-making skills and a strong understanding of classic and contemporary drinks
• Solid knowledge of wine and spirits
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently during busy periods
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
• Must be able to work evenings & weekends

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for cocktails, strong knowledge of wine and spirits, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and pairings
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and friendliness
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies when required
