What the role will entail Support daily Cybersecurity operations by detecting and responding to threats, events, and incidents Partner with the SOC and MSP to perform monitoring, reporting, and incident response activities Implement and maintain security tools, technologies, and processes to defend against attacks Lead containment and eradication strategies to minimize disruptions during security incidents Evaluate and enhance security controls to adapt to evolving risks and threats Develop and refine threat, attack, and risk models to strengthen the Banks resilience Provide reporting and insights to senior management and committees on cybersecurity posture and risks What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in either Business Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or any related field Certified in security management, risk, and compliance with CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or related credentials Experienced in managing complex IT programs and vendor solutions within financial services or information security Skilled in communicating security concepts and program design to executives, boards, technical teams, and external partners Strong leadership background with proven success in driving adoption of risk management programs and security technologies What you can expect from joining our team Career development and training opportunities Competitive salary package and benefits Performance-based incentives and recognition programs to reward high-performing individuals Opportunity to work with industry experts and be mentored by them Defined career progression paths to guide you in your professional growth
