OVERVIEW

Nonprofit seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Thrift Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the store operates smoothly. QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Manage inventory through effective stocking, pricing, and merchandising of items.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions and cash handling.
  • Assist in training and developing new employees through employee orientation programs.
  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inventory control checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Participate in recruiting efforts by conducting interviews and onboarding new staff.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote store sales and community engagement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment that enhances the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
